The wildly popular Cava Mezze Grill was started in the DC Area by partners, Brett Schulman, Dimitri Moshovitis, Ted Xenohristos and Ike Grigoropoulos, and the food they make is soooooo good. When Cava contacted friends at Preacher, in Austin, TX for an identity project, they were kind enough to enlist my help with some writing, and I really love how it all turned out.
